About Pam Andrews Dressage

Pam Andrews is a USDF Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medalist who has over 35 years experience teaching and training horses and riders. Her training techniques are based on modern operant conditioning: empowering the horse and rider to learn through positive training and reinforcement.

She has trained many horses to Grand Prix and FEI levels and her students consistently progress through the levels.

Location & Facility


Pam is currently coaching Dressage at Baywood Equestrian Center. Baywood is a top of the line full-service facility, located in Fairfax California, 25 minutes from the Golden Gate bridge.

Baywood features two arenas with high-end competition footing for dressage and jumping. Horses receive the highest quality hays 3 times per day and live in spacious box stalls bedded with shavings. Custom grain is available. Daily turnout is provided and is included in the boarding fees.

Professional management and personnel live on site to ensure maximum safety for the health and well-being of the horses 24/7.
